At PROJECT YOU Child & Youth Services Inc., we provide residential care centered on the individual. Every young person brings their own experiences, strengths, interests, relationships, culture, identity and goals.
We believe young people should be seen, heard and respected for who they are. Our role is to provide a stable environment, meaningful support and opportunities that help them move forward in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in respect, consistency and collaboration.
Young people are encouraged to have a voice in their daily lives and the decisions that affect them. Support is tailored to the individual while maintaining the structure and consistency that help create a safe and dependable environment.
We also work collaboratively with placing agencies, service providers and other professionals to promote continuity of care.

That means everyday life matters. Sharing meals, developing routines, participating in activities, maintaining relationships, learning new skills and celebrating accomplishments are all part of the experience.
